USA Triathlon (USAT) has announced its 2021 Age Group Duathletes of the Year presented by Wahoo Fitness, as selected by USA Triathlon’s Multisport Committee.
Headlining the run-bike-run honourees are Cassidy Hickey (Parker, CO) and Adoh Doherty (Taunton, MA), who were named Women’s and Men’s Overall Age Group Duathletes of the Year, respectively.
Doherty, 26, said “This award is a blessing and it motivates me for the upcoming year of racing.
“I was taught that nothing worthwhile is easy. Embrace the pain and don’t give up when it gets hard because on the other end of this grind is success.”
The 2021 USA Triathlon Age Group Duathletes of the Year and honourable mention selections are:
